Good-2-Go Oregon does NOT provide behavioral or direct medical services to clients. As such, we do not hire Behavioral or Med Techs, specialists such as Speech Therapists or OTs, or Nurses. If you are a medical professional looking to serve the I/DD community, we suggest checking for openings on Impact Oregon to see how you can assist those in need.
That said, if you are in one of these professions and looking for a career change working our I/DD population, we would be happy to have you apply for the Life Skills Coach position. This position is often described as fulfilling and fun. As a result, this job proves to be popular among medical professionals looking for a change where salary is not the main factor.
Good 2 Go is proud to look internally first whenever new admin or leadership roles open, allowing us to offer an unmatched level of professional development in the field. We love to brag that more than 3/4 of the admin team started in an in-field role.
We believe this allows our staff to feel confident that their leaders truly understand the positions and gives our staff members opportunities to further their career which may not exist in other agencies. More importantly, it means we can ensure that all future leaders are grown in the compassionate and supportive culture that makes Good 2 Go unique.
Across every role at Good2Go, 2 themes are present: Building relationships and watching people grow. Whether we are working directly with clients, planning their events, or working on the back end, we are all moved by the work we do and the strong relationships we build.
Good 2 Go is proud to offer a complete and competitive package for all staff members. All staff members enjoy a $20/hr minimum wage, mileage reimbursement, and universal PTO. All full time members have access to the same high quality health, dental, and vision insurance our owner has, paid holidays, and exciting new benefits to be announced at the start of the new year. If you would like more information on these benefits, please click the "Contact a recruiter" button below.
At Good 2 Go, we believe we do our best work when we are well rested, have personal time for family, and are not bothered during our free time. Unlike many disability services agencies, most positions are scheduled around standard Monday - Friday shifts with no weekend, late night, or on-call positions. Overtime is never required for in-field staff.
