Work Life Balance
At Good 2 Go, we believe we do our best work when we are well rested, have personal time for family, and are not bothered during our free time. Unlike many disability services agencies, most positions are scheduled around standard Monday - Friday shifts with no weekend, late night, or on-call positions. Overtime is never required for in-field staff.
