A little more information:

What we do:

Good-2-Go Oregon is Central Oregon's premiere community-based support program for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).  We specialize in high functioning adults who experience some form of Developmental Disability.

The Applied Community Experience (ACE) program is the flagship program of Good-2-Go.  It helps our clients learn interpersonal skills and community norms through the creation and hosting of fun, community-based group activities.  These activities currently host only 6 clients due to COVID restrictions, but have historically seen turnouts as high as 30+ clients.  This allows clients to meet other people in the I/DD community, make friends, learn to socialize in a group setting, and most importantly, have fun!

What you will do:

The ACE Program Manager is responsible for the planning, staffing, and execution of these events.  These events are usually either series events (weekly recurring events) or special events (large stand-alone events).

The ACE Program Manager is fully responsible for all aspects of planning the events.  This includes but is not limited to creating the event, generating interest/sign ups, working with community partners, staffing the event, and coordinating logistics.  The ACE program manager is also expected to attend at least half of the hosted events.

The ACE Program Manager is also responsible for all aspects of team building.  This includes working with recruitment to staff the program, working with HR to develop training for new staff members, growing strong staff members into Trip Leaders, ensuring staff needs are met, and instilling the spirit of the program into all team members.

Finally, the ACE Program Manager must also be competent with the business side of the program.  This includes working with budgets and target revenues, ensuring that staff's time approvals are done, and implementing a strategy for growth and improvement.
