NEW A.C.E. SCHEDULING MODEL

Plan when ACE reopens:

Most events will be offered in a 3-month "series"
- Example Series: Gamers Series, Bowling, Walking Club, Kayak Club, Karaoke Club, Fishing Club

Members can sign-up one month at a time
- All enrollments are for the entire series, no "single event" options available for those offered as a series.

Open Enrollment for activities offered in the following month will become available the 3rd week of the current month.

Special 1-time events will be offered each month, as the program continues to rebuild
- Examples: Deschutes River Adventure, Float the River, Day at the Lake, Rodeo, County Fair
